in "Farabixon" and "Irfarabi" is responsible for updating and prioritizing the backlog in the framework of the long-term organizational roadmap and preparing product OKRs every quarter, determining product features, participating in the definition of MVP, and breaking the product into different releases, preparing PRD, identifying needs and prioritizing them, communicating with the support, technical, development, ensuring the correct implementation of products, and services, and delivering released items.

"Soshyant" is a subcategory of "Farabi". As the product owner, at that time the "Nexo Card" was added to Farabixon. The coordination and collaboration with support and customer service were supervised to identify and resolve issues related to the project. Designs based on customer needs were provided. After the implementation of the MVP of the first bank card connected to the fund, 4,000 cards were printed in one month which achieved 90% of the product production goal and reached 100 million in 6 months.

In the financial services industry, I was responsible for communication with stakeholders, and the team of developers. I worked on various projects such as the" Farabixon" for managing brokerage funds, user profile management, customer investment dashboard, investment panels, mobile apps, and landing pages. My tasks were to gather the needs of the project managers and stakeholders, define the complete Backlog and manage the Backlog, prioritize and manage the Sprint, and control the product performance.

As a product owner, I defined all the features and capabilities expected by the customer in the Backlog. I was prioritizing product manager and customer requests. I planned Sprint. I reviewed, tested, and concluded the implemented items according to the customer's needs. I got the Justice Shares project. This project was a service of customer stock asset dashboard, user profile management, stock sale, login landing, and mobile applications. It had A Website, an Android and IOS APP, and 42 million users.

I worked as a software tester on the DDN project. My duties were to analyze, identify and troubleshoot errors based on customer requests, and I recorded and managed them. I designed and prepared test scenarios and test cases. I made sure that the implemented software was under the requirements. DDN had A Website, Android and IOS APP, and 50+ million users of the Central Depository Company of Iran. It had a Customer Panel and a Project Admin Panel that had to report to people with different roles and access.
