Developing, repairing, and modifying existing generic ERP software. Customizing software features to meet the customers' requirements. Bug troubleshooting. Installing solutions on site. Providing technical support to customers.

Studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques. Participating in developing a clinic management system from scratch; including the Entity relationship diagram, data-flow diagrams, converting them to UML, actual code implementation, evaluation and testing. Participating in developing features in new releases of delivered products.
