Monitoring costs and physical progress as well as identifying risks and opportunities for optimisation during implementation. Working closely with the other project managers and technical team to align financial and operational objectives. Achieving efficiencies of $9.8MUSD. Being responsible for ensuring compliance with Ecopetrol's project management and control regulations within the PMI framework, and leading teams of up to 6 people, maintaining an excellent relationship with multidisciplinary teams.

In the framework of a United Nations project, I participated in the improvement of 45 houses in rural areas of the Municipality of Caldas-Colombia, which benefiting vulnerable families. My role included the control and monitoring of the use of materials, costs and human capital management.

Documenting construction traceability (asbuilt drawings, specifications). Achieving commissioning certification. Managing resources (materials, work equipment, machinery) within the planned deadlines and costs. Achieving the commissioning of the 115kV Bay and delivery of the 45 well facilities.
