I was working as scrum master with a team of 9 employees who are developers, testers and architects. We were using 2 weeks long sprint periods. Our project has been developed by 5 scrum teams. We were using the rules of scrum very welk such as having daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective and grooming meetings. We also were having scrum of scrum meatings that we are doing for analysing the effects of our development to other teams.

I worked as a project manager in several projects of JCI Istanbul Technology Center. PMI based project management rules were being used in the projects. I was responsible in all life cycle of the projects. My main responsibilities were; - Performing project management activities including project scoping, planning, resourcing and scheduling - Planning analysis, development and test activities
