I’ve been entrusted with the task of creating sustainable solutions and recovering financial losses. As the Installation Director, I am in charge of two departments: NI-New Installation and Technical Support Department. Together with a dedicated team of ~80 direct reports, “Field Support Manager, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Technicians, Inspectors, Training & Quality Specialists and Admins.

In charge of field operation in New Installation business (%70 of Turkey with ~1900 units) which involves entire activities after Sales. Established the department from scratch and growth three times in 4 years. -Managing Department Budget & Resources and Analyse the P&L Gap -Coaching junior employees with KPI's -Fixing Inefficient Gaps between associations with creating Productive Processes -Examine the Risks of Contracts and approve the Budget & Schedule -Responsibility of Health & Safety

Began as an Assistant PM for the first 6 months before my promotion. I was full in charge of Kadıkoy-Kartal Metro Line, Marmaray Metro Line and Buyaka Shopping Mall projects, worth over 8M € in total. (40M € including offshore.) Metro Projects were the largest projects within Schindler group. Both handed over on time to our customers with satisfied results and record-breaking Variation Order sales.

Accomplished many key projects with successful results and ~4.3 over 5 points of average Customer Satisfaction.  Subcontractor Management.  Control and Report site safety precautions.  Customer Communications (Meetings, Variations, Problem Solving etc.)  Close Interoperation with Sales, Design, Finance, Logistics etc. departments.  Prepare and Follow up the Time Schedule.  Follow up the Budget.  Check the Installation & Quality methodologies until client handover.
