• Support & advise Team Members on implementation of KOC HSEMS processes in order to achieve KOC HSE targets & Key Performance Measures. • Coordination of Field HSE Supervisors activities to ensure HSE support provided in the field. • Improve HSE performance of the Team as well as monitor Team HSE targets and objectives. • Implementation of HSE Initiatives on the rigs for continuous improvement. • Development and implementation of new HSE Policy, procedure or strategy across the Team.

Conduct external audit of High Risk contractors on behalf of the client KPO b.v. Corporate HSE Department to verify the implementation of 2016 HSE Campaign. Deliver introduction sessions of newly started HSE Campaign of 2017 to High Risk contractors Facilitators to support the client and contractors to raise the awareness of personnel and improve HSE Culture in organizations. Provide external expert consultation for the client and contractors companies on HSE & Risk Management related issues.

Ensure the compliance of carried out SIMOPS; Advise Company and Contractor representatives on the HSE subject matters; Audits & Inspections; Mentoring junior stuff.

Supervision of drilling and well service contractors’ activities for the compliance with Client HSE requirements as well as international regulations.

Advise Field Management on health, safety, security and environmental matters to clear uncertainties; Develop & review HSSE procedure for content / quality and provide advice on effective field implementation; Coordinate and supervise the activities of the field company and contractors’ HSSE and Ecological Engineers.
