I'm working on enterprise level smart metering system projects as Scrum Master and Senior Developer. Projects are end-client tools and also internal tools, windows and web services. I'm in charge of design, maintenance, development and deployment of applications. Also holding Configuration Manager position on different projects. Scrum methodology is used on all projects.

Worked on enterprise level tour operating system projects as Tech Lead - Senior Developer. Scrum methodology was used within distributed team(Ukraine/Belgium).

I managed a team and developed the application for employees self assessment. Company is making annual self assessment of employees to find best candidates for certain job positions and a Goals are: 1. To improve the assessment process and to get all the information registered in the database easily. 2. To reduce time spent on data analysis. 3. To get overview of historical assessment data to keep up with employee career
