Responsible as a Program Manager Range and directly reporting to Range Director at Lyon. Responsible for Vehicle Range Business Planning, Profitability, Pricing and Cost control. Closely working with Key Account Managers of UD, Eicher, Dongfeng, Renault and Volvo. Coordinate across Local and Global team for collecting, sharing and reporting Range Project data.

Provide inputs to Chief Vehicle Engineer on all the issues related to Product and Cost. Presenting quarterly report to Project Range Director on complete Project commercial status. Giving recommendations on supplier nomination and price in Alliance Sourcing Committee. Ensuring the Project Budget is under control, and generating countermeasures in case of deviation. Keep track of list of opportunities and convert them in reality to counter the risks.

COSTING: Project Estimation, Pricing, Acquisition, Sourcing, New Development, Supplier selection, APQP, Value Analysis, Value Engineering, Offer Management & Target Costing. CONTROLLING: Making Business Case as per Management Requirement. Net Present Value, DCF, Calculating Factory Cost, Project Controlling, Project Return Calculation.
