• Member of the board of directors • Head of the development team with 18 employees with financial, administrational, human resources and leadership duties • Decision about the application of new technologies and the release planning for the standard accounting software for the Swiss market • Training sales, marketing and support teams • Participation in expansion strategy development

• In charge for the training for mechanical students as well as the management of server platforms • Responsible for management of the newly introduced server systems used in production and mechanical design

• Introduced computer aided design (CAD) for mechanics development team
