Owned the technical direction for migrating FolloTrac, a fleet-tracking platform, from its legacy stack to Flutter for a 3-person mobile team. Designed an offline-first architecture with local persistence and automatic sync for low-coverage areas. Built geospatial features including live tracking, routes and geofencing with Mapbox, plus real-time fleet communication via Pusher. Delivered a companion driver app and worked directly with clients on requirements and architecture decisions.

Led mobile delivery across fuel retail, fintech, and consumer applications. Served as Mobile Lead for OOMCO’s e-wallet, delivering payments, fuel-station and loyalty features, including Saudi market expansion. Introduced TDD and code review practices, mentored developers, and established CI/CD with Codemagic and Flutter Flavors. Built native integrations via Platform Channels, including Apple Watch and POS, and implemented CleverTap engagement features and a reusable Flutter design system.

Delivered production mobile solutions for consumer, enterprise, and internal products at Ooredoo Algeria. Built B2B/B2C features for SnapSim, including OCR/facial identity verification, SIM activation, swaps, top-ups, and compliance workflows. Led the technical handover of My Ooredoo through code audits, reviews, architecture improvements, and documentation. Migrated legacy Java apps to Flutter with Clean Architecture and introduced Flutter Flavors for streamlined multi-environment releases.

Built multiple Flutter applications across mobility and e-commerce. Developed a women-only ride-sharing platform with separate client/driver apps, distance-based matching, live tracking, and Google Maps routing. Built Diimaak, a carpooling and package-delivery platform with in-app chat and Stripe payments. Led development of Emm E-Shop, integrating a Flutter front end with a WooCommerce API backend for medical-supply distribution.

Maintained and extended a smart-cabinet application for optimizing e-commerce delivery logistics, improving service integration and upgrading the codebase to current Flutter versions.
