My role involves: Driving the reoccurring revenue stream support solutions for the IBM Appliance products (QRadar, Datapower, IPS / Network Infrastructure Protection , Netezza, Guardium, PureApp, Pure Data for analytics), Assisting clients with their S&S renewals, Selling the value of IBM’s support program, Ensuring customers have a smooth and successful transition into IBM from acquired companies.
