• Project/product management (project valued at over 6 million Euros),including production and R&D timeline plan, R&D support, airplane delivery plan, and after sales management. • Cross department communication. • Communication with customer’s different levels, especially with China State Shipbuilding Corporation and its sub-companies. • Contract negotiation and management with sub-supplier, including Airbus Space and Defense. • Risk and budgeting management.

• As representative in China; in charge of growing and further developing SAG’s market position in China, taking care of China government and state-owned company relations. • Project Management of existing clients, including arrangement of production, delivery of airplanes, and after sales customer relations. Projects valued at over 16 million Euros in total. • Corporation communication between SAG and its China partner, Poly Technologies, INC.
