First Managing Activity Based Costing Model implementation across the world. Project scoping/priority-setting, planning/coordination across all involved communities. Then building a contact center specific activity based costing model across EMEA countries.The assignment covers modeling, building and analyzing the cost structure & characteristics by combining various activity and invoice reports. This provided bench marking and basis information of strategic decisions.

Establishing financially driven organization together with local business and operation team, i.e. Closure, Decision Support, and Budgeting. Acquired readiness for meeting challenges, facing complex situations, and developing solutions through establishing processes and communications. Through sequential process improvement activities, acquired the broad picture how business works overall by various functions’ interacting each other.

Acquired in-depth knowledge on support accounting and reporting systems. (Monthly closure, Budgeting and Modeling Activity Based Costing Model in Japan)
