- Led a 4-persons team preparing synthetic models of sulfite oxidase and evaluating their catalytic potential - Responsible for the planning and execution of collaborative research initiatives with external partners; carried out lab management; mentored students - Taught bioinorganic chemistry to students, developed a practical course from a paper draft to a fully equipped lab
