- Initiated and co-developed a successful funding application for a consortium comprising 5 groups across 3 countries. - Led 3 cross-functional teams for the preclinical development of MRI contrasts, refined research strategies, and presented results at international conferences. - Established communication frameworks, dashboards, and provided regular updates to project members. - Managed the end-to-end procurement process, including negotiations and consolidation of contracts with providers.

- Led a 4-persons team preparing synthetic models of sulfite oxidase, coordinated the workflow. - Managed research projects from planning through execution, reporting, and delivery. - Prepared project documentation, scientific reports and data analyses while monitoring timelines and project progress.
