Joined company as interpreter, was promoted to Project Manager Position (children PC Game), since 1999 occupied HR Director position. Then as Vice President was responsible for Production (PC and Video Games, Mobile applications, Animation and SFX/SPFX). I‘ve got unique experience in: Recruitment and HR, Project management, Sales, General Operational and Strategic Management, not talking about professional understanding of production processes in software and art\animation development.
