Tire1 projects management. . - Corrosion protection process implementation. Combining Zinc plating with Zinc-Flake coatings to reach the next generation of high performance surface technology.

- Business Development in Zn and Zn alloy market. The market includes automotive and construction industry. - Assist qualified customers to gain OEM applicator approvals. - Audit experiences of Zn & Zn alloy Plating line to help customer get qualified in front of all OEMs. - Technical Support (troubleshooting) . - Equipment introduction and planning. - Training on site with customers and help them build the line, set up the system - Key account management .

In Diffusion Process session. Main task is to insure production rate high and solve the defects which are caused by unpredictable factors, for example, earthquake and the unstable furnaces themselves. During the working period, it was quite helpful to learn how to work on SEM in daily basis and set up quick troubleshooting mind.

AMOLED Display Research and Development. Synthesis of Red, Yellow and blue compound for the display and find the best yield rate of production. Scale up the synthesis from lab to normal production and develop realistic production method. In contact with University Lab to have latest research result and corporate with professor, CC Cheng, to implement new compound into new generation OLED display prototype.
