- Responsible for the global recruitment process (Brazil and UK); - Responsible for the recruitment process end-to-end: job position alignment with the hiring manager, job posting, resume review, conduction of competency–based interviews (online and onsite) and offer extension; - Solid experience with headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches; - Recruitment experience with corporate positions for areas such as sales, marketing, finance, business intelligence, human resources, etc.
