- Leading and supporting R&D and product implementation projects - Developing hydrophobic polyurethane coating for wood based panels - Doing improvement on paper impregnation with amino resin - Leading execution of tests & trials at laboratory. - Coordinating development work with production, marketing and sales group. - Following, inspecting and evaluating to customer problems and defining solutions. - Leading research studies on UV coating technology.

- Developing process development projects aimed at increasing productivity and capacity and reducing costs, projecting the required activities in communication with the enterprise and related units, and monitoring their realization. - Working with the R & D team for all laboratory tests and studies required during the projects. - Leading SMED, FMEA, Quality Circle projects and cost reduction projects.

I worked as a research assistant in the Department of Unit Operations and Thermodynamics for 2.5 years. I was the assistant of Heat Transfer and Thermodynamics courses. I had student experiments done in General Chemistry Laboratory and Chemical Engineering Laboratory. I also took part in R & D projects.

- Taking key roles from construction of plant to beginning of production at Gebze Plant. - Training of operators. - Working as a shift manager on corrugator line, printing line, and cutting line.Managing shift workers and production program on corrugator line, printing line, and cutting line.

In this program, I tried to improve myself in the field of polymer chemistry. I took Polymer Chemistry 1 and 2 courses. I passed the doctoral proficiency exam. I have already given my PhD thesis proposal

My master thesis was about the burning of Tekirdağ - Malkara lignite coal in high oxygen environment.
