In my role as a Customer Success Executive, my mission is to ensure customer success through alignment of our solutions with the customers defined strategy and mission, increase use and adoption of Cisco solutions and services.
I work with global customers to help them in a consultative approach in their transformation of IT. I drove engagements quantifying the value of customer processes using software-rich Cisco solutions. New solutions have impact on the oprtating model, create efficiency, enrich customer experience. Examples are Bosch, Postbank, Schwarz IT, DHL, Credit Suisse, Nestlé. I am motivated to see how linking Architecture, Operating Model and financial benefits into one view really resonate with customers!
