Within Société Générale Bank & Trust, Corporate Financial Engeneering team (7 professionals) mainly focuses on sophisticated cross-border transactions involving Luxembourg entities including SG Luxembourg itself either on the issuer or investor side. In this respect, the team faces legal, regulatory, accounting and tax issues solved through direct contacts with the relevant local authorities such as the CSSF or the tax authorities.

Through a five-year program, students can pursue a major in business and engineering. Although its core requirements are similar to those necessary for business administration degree, this option offers additional study in the area of applied sciences and technologies.
