Innovating and developing mice and keyboards for PC, Mac, Gaming, Tablets and seeds for new categories. - Between 2008 and 2014, the products developed in this engineering division grew the company from $1.1B to $1.4B, i.e. from 57% to 67% of the overall company revenue. - Introduced new categories such as keyboard for Tablets which became #1 selling products of the company within 3 years. - Managed a group of up to 400 engineers globally distributed over six sites.

- Developed PC based software (based on OS/2 Presentation Manager) running on an Electro Erosion Machine Tool. The machine tool was the first one to be controlled with a trackball. - Managed the User Interface and related tools.

- Developed the network box (HP2345A) connecting 48 terminals to HP 9000 via Ethernet. - Optimized testing and manufacturing.
