A big part of the position is NPD (New product development) and implementation either In-house or through 3rd party suppliers. Website development and strategic alignment. Packaging updates and upgrades, assisting in streamlining the process in the factory by working with other departments for overall cost savings and efficiency of the Refinery.

My main responsibility as ABM was looking after the Sensodyne Brand. I also assisted on Macleans, and the tootbrush and mouthwash was also my responsibility. Everything from budgeting, ATL - tv and print, in store demonstrations to forcasting. And everything in between!

his is where my career started in New Zealand, as a contractor for the Commercial Team. Working with the Bakery, Foodservice and Industrial side of the business. Finding innovative ways to service the market and ensuring that the NZ fish and chip shops use the healthiest oil available. Setting up websites, running competitions and trade shows.

My career in FMCG started at Tiger Brands, firstly as the Assistant Channel Manager for Beacon Sweets, Chocolate division. Here I learnt the importance of seasonal sales, and how Point of Sale made a difference to the shopper experience, especially for impulse buyers. I was then promoted internally to become the Channel Manager for Enterprise Foods, Deli Meats Division. My main responsibility was to increase sales in the department through promotions and specific Point of Sale.
