Researched impending and approved regulations and analyzed business and operational consequences of different health policy options, prepared impact projections (i.e., operational and performance) and made recommendations as to the best course of action for client and firm leadership consideration. Involved with business transformation, implementation and process improvement in Cap Gemini Ernst & Young’s Health Sector. In this arena, worked with large hospital systems, national health plans and federal health systems. Specialized in HIPAA Privacy, its impact on managed care organizations and integrated delivery systems, and is regarded as one of the firm’s principal subject matter experts on HIPAA Privacy.
