Specifying and developing automated test programs for SOC devices used in Automotive Industry using Smartest software written in C/C++. Developing Hardware and Software design for test Benches according to product requirement. Solving engineering and production problems of customers. Successful accomplishment of V93000 Digital User and AVI64 Training (High and low Voltage Cards).

Was Involved in System Testing of automotive Vehicle Tracking System (Telematics Control Unit). Designed and Developed Test Plans according to Customer specifications and requirements from OEM and Aftermarket. Was Involved in Hardware and Software design of test environment, test bench and HIL testing. Developed Test Cases and applications by using NI LabVIEW inside NI Test Stand.

Developed ATE for testing EV On-board Battery chargers. Designed the whole ATE product life cycle by using Microsoft Project Management, AHP and QFD tools.Used National Instruments NI-PXIe1078 with NI DMM, NI CAN, NI RELAY DRIVER MODULE.Did necessary trainings from National Instruments to use NI hardware and Software.Used Eagle to draw the Electrical Schematics of test Bench and was involved in HIL testing.Used NI LabVIEW for tests and applications and NI Test Stand to execute all tests.
