• Working in the project of “Migration to Azure from on-premises AD” •• Active Directory and Network Setup: Prepare Active Directory, devices, and network configurations for migration. •• Azure AD Connect Implementation: Establish site-to-site VPN, configure conditional DNS forwarding, and deployed Azure AD Connect in Azure. ••Device Migration: Device migration using Azure AD Connect and manage Intune enrollment. • Optimizing the LAN structure and documenting • Managing SharePoint access with AD groups

• Administering Active Directory and Azure systems, ensuring seamless operations. • Managing onboarding and offboarding for new employees. • Supporting end users, resolving technical issues, and enhancing productivity.

Responsible for Deploying the "Improving Network Structure" project, encompassing over 5000 users in 170 sites, including factories, distribution centers, and sales offices. Subprojects involved "IP address planning," "Unified Directory Service," and "Migration to an integrated Domain."

• Contributing to the deployment of the "IT services" and "Network LAN/WAN" projects for 18 sales offices. • Performing basic configurations on Cisco devices (Routers & Switches). • Providing user support and monitoring IT services and preparing monthly KPIs. • Implementing network monitoring with Solarwinds NPM & NCM.
