Managing the development process in all the stages from sampling to production. Working together closely with the designer and buyer. Tracking samples, regularly update the critical path. Communicating closely with suppliers in Europe and the Far East. Manage and follow up the development and bulk processes. Analysis of size based return report. Choosing right block pattern. Communicating closely with suppliers in Europe and the Far East.

- Communicating with key partners such as factories, liaison offices, marketing, Design and the Adidas innovation team. - Sample management from concept to Finalization stage. - Fittings, comment, creation & costing. - Supporting the Product Development Team. - Check the Product Quality & Testing

 Product Development.  Product Quality control from sampling to production.  Communicate with Design & Development team.  Responsible for the whole order procedures.  Development of Print S/O, Emb & Accessories.  Product Testing & Costing  Lab dip & Bulk fabric approval.

 Communicate to the different departments inside the factory.  Supporting the Planning team on the daily basis.
