As CAPEX Manager & Cost Controller, I had to manage and coordinate an international team to analyse, control and report all GTS costs worldwide. I work closely together with all technology groups to support the GTS leaders with their planning, budgeting and monitoring CAPEX, also for all variance calculations and financials analysis related to the flow of their costs.

Responsible of the Hosting Unit part within the Services Supply Chain (SSC) for EMEA, in charge of the cost allocation execution for EMEA TSO (Technical Support Operations) and fully accountable for capacity funding over the region and the monthly invoicing follow-up and validation. Within EMEA SSC, in charge of managing 24 ALU Hosting Units, their budgets (~80M €), invoices and queries. And ensuring that all their costs are properly receipted and processed and provide the corresponding reporting.
