Procuring biomedical equipment for HCA Hospitals on behalf of Althea. The Medical Technology Supply Chain Management (MedTech SCM) has become the most critical during the pandemic. I am proud to be able to contribute to peoples' life in a meaningful way. I procure maintenance contracts for surgical scope & accessories, ultra sound probe, endoscopy, syringe pump, ventilator, integrated theatre system, blood gas analyser, specialized bed/ chair, pharmacy freeze, gum, laboratory and anaesthesia machines.

I ensure that all orders and contracts placed to achieve best value for money, in line with Standing Orders (SO)/Standing Financial Instructions (SFI)/ EU Procurement Legislation (OJEU). I procured healthcare related products available on NHS Supply Chain Catalogue and from direct contacting with suppliers. I was involved in Quality Management Improvement System (QMIS) and drive different meetings (stand-ups/ ceremonies), analysis and report in Agile/ Scrum methodology.

I ensured key business objectives are applied appropriately to all development activities. I implemented software following Agile methodology where I got different MM/ SD related stories from business owner, discussed the sprint / user story, attended regular scrum meeting to discuss product & sprint backlog and worked on SAP MM/ SD development task.

As single-point of contact; I conducted meeting to assess and control spending, consider future needs and provide expert advices. Conducted OJEU tenders in partnership with CAPITA. Managed different stake holders like Commissioners/ colleagues from NHS, City Council & Public Health, CAPITA, supplier, service user, voluntary organisation & other governmental departments. The projects I worked on used PRINCE2 methodology.

I have worked in IT Commercial & IT Infrastructure team in management, maintenance and overseeing the renewals of all contractual agreements required to run, develop and support the Airport. I managed Purchase Request, purchase order, invoice receipt/ query/report, Agreements/Quotes, contract renewal/ saving, ABC analysis, Diary & Event, risk, IT security, Environment, Health & Safety, and monthly Security reports (Malware, AV & Incidents and PFMEA).
