Additionally, I created supplier guidelines that improved product clearance by 40%, streamlining the delivery process and ensuring quicker product availability for customers.

As a Risk Management Intern, Conduct financial analysis of companies, supporting credit decisions. Additionally, my task was to work on a list of commodities which later was submitted to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO). Researched on small and medium enterprises and Fintech, influencing its adoption, and handled a massive data set of 80,000 entries.

As a customer ops intern, my work was to review and monitor reviews of customers on products. I handled more than 30000+ customer reviews using different tools with a high accuracy rate which resulted in 15% improvement in products featuring customer satisfaction. Moreover, worked on push notifications minimum 110 a day. Tap and click rates were increased by 30%. The digital marketing tactics were tailored to various market segments. Depending on the specific characteristics of each segment.

As a marketing project trainee, I implemented strategies based on the customers needs which led to 15% increased satisfaction. Through strategic email marketing and proactive cold calling efforts, I successfully onboarded over 30 new businesses.
