Representing PUM in Tunisia, I coordinate expert missions for SMEs, managing the full project cycle from prospecting to delivery. I led 16+ projects in waste, F&B, and tourism. Tasks included scoping, logistics, client follow-up, and CRM usage (Salesforce/Dynamics). I built partnerships for women and youth empowerment, facilitated trilingual communication, and expanded the pipeline toward 20+ missions for 2024.

Managed IMSET Gabes, a Honoris United Universities institute. Recruited 35 educators, led 11 programs, improved admin/financial operations, boosted revenue by 30%, and enrollment by 25%. Fostered strategic partnerships, ensured graduate employability via corporate ties, and modernized pedagogy. Promoted student career readiness and financial skills through the Honoris Career Center.

Led media relations and cross-department collaboration for The School of Travel. Created multilingual content (EN/FR/AR) for press, blogs, and social media. Acted as media contact and developed strategies aligned with cultural and tech shifts in tourism. Ensured consistent messaging and strong media presence within the alternative travel community.

At CD² Sfax, I managed finances and reporting for joint civic projects with the Tunisian League for Citizenship and Hanns Seidel Foundation. I led strategic partnerships, procurement, budgeting, and social media communication. Monitored project outcomes, produced reports, and improved local financial communication by involving civil society and private actors.

Managed 4 social art projects (132k USD, 400+ beneficiaries) at DCS. Oversaw financial flows, procurement compliance, reporting, and donor communication (Fondation de France, UNDP, EU, USAID). Optimized operations via data analysis and led strategic planning. Built sustainable stakeholder relations with public and private actors in Gabès.

At CEED Tunisia (MEPI-funded project), I supported young entrepreneurs by coordinating project communications and logistics. Assisted budgeting and accounting, managed reports and documentation. Ensured smooth stakeholder collaboration and provided data-driven insights to help guide decision-making and improve startup support delivery.
