External research associate for maritime technical workpackages on EU, regional and national projects focusing on navigation, management and regulations.

• Overall management and tasks related to organisation of a special session Maritime and Port Logistics within MHCL Conference, • Doing plans, schedules and update status for conference participants, customers and stakeholders support, • Digital marketing and social media activities for the conference, • Follow-up communication with participants and other stakeholders, • Research on conference session topics, performing wide analysis of maritime and port logistics aspects, writing papers and reports.

• Active participation in drafting of project proposal, technical chapters and allocation plan for workpackages and equipment, • Making plans, schedules, schemes and assignments for project activities, • Communication with international and national academic experts and university members, • Performing research in the area of maritime ports and marinas sustainability, ISO standards implementation, optimisation of port operations to prepare the technical and description of actions sections.

• Active participation in all project end-to-end activities. • Daily communication with international experts and university members, customers support, • Performing extensive research regarding maritime ports and marinas sustainable development, maritime traffic, ISO standards implementation, port operations processes, environmental aspects assessment, • Participation in Marina Bar ISO certification process, TYHA and Blue Flag Programme, • Reporting on deliverables, milestones and realized activities.
