I was part of the EMEA Talent Organization and I led the hiring efforts across Southern Europe for our 3 business lines. In addition to this, I have been engaged with our customers to help them build and deliver their talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. I have also worked on various projects such as Publishing on LinkedIn, Talent Acquisition newsletter, Candidate experience.

Millicom is a telecom and media group that operates in emerging markets. I was responsible for attracting, interviewing and hiring top talents across the US, LatAm, EU and Africa (for non-technical positions)

I founded my own executive search boutique and conducted middle and top management searches in the TMT, FMCG and professional services sectors: - Business development - Full searches delivery - Scope: EU, North and South America, APAC

I was part of the global TMT and Professional Services practices and I conducted C-suite assignments for US, EU and Asian markets - Execution: search strategy elaboration, headhunting, screening - Talent mappings - Awards for performance: Most Assignments Completed in Under 100 Days (2007); Highest Assignments Quality Ranking (2007)
