Ensuring a coordinated product development process through frequent customer field visits especially in the VW Polo and Golf glass run channel projects - Coordination and planning of product design, equipment necessities, quality targets, prototype productions, logistics and other aspects beginning from quotation until serial production - Realization of process and cost improvement activities - Organisation of engineering modifications, changes on technical drawings

- Implementation of TPM activities, preperation and executing trainings and training effectivity analysis - Following and reporting of fault labels during autonomous maintanence activities - Supporting the operators about autonomous maintanence - Preperation of standards for 5S implementations and supporting the whole team about breakdowns, planned maintenances and preparation of safety risk analyses
