Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for testing program development in the filed of automotive electronic as active project leader; 2) Project planning and execution; coordination with relative departments in order to allocate proper hardware and software resources; 3) Responsible for international team training at Germany base in terms of product, technology and R&D; 4) Organization of project materials including technical drawings and source codes etc.; review of project once a week and problem solving;
