1.Implement the corporate commodity and supplier strategies in PLC (product life cycle) and to control that the strategies are in line with product needs 2.Manage the products development in order to optimize cost and risk, time to market and DFx 3.Participate in PLC decision review meetings (DRx reviews) 4.Component qualification and localization 5.Make development agreements (NDA/SOW/MOU/DA) between Alcatel ^ suppliers
