Patent-related administrative work 1) Established the internal IP management system for the battery materials sector from scratch; 2) Management on patent agents; 3) Complied patent drafting standards and bilingual glossary. Overseas patent management 1) Constructed a patent portfolio including 23 patents with tailored filing strategies; 2) Led 2 FTO projects on cathode materials; 3) Established retrieval strategy, timelines and deliverables.

Patent Prosecution 1) Reviewed technical disclosures, patent drafts and OAs from the EPO/USPTO/CNIPA; 2) Drafted 10 patents; 3) Proofread English translations for PCT applications. Patent portfolio-planning 1) Identified patentable ideas for 4 R&D projects, built 3 patent portfolios ; 2) Managed timelines, allocated patent attorney resources, and tracked project progress. Patent analysis projects 1) Contributed to 2 cathode material projects and 1 all-solid-state electrolyte project;

1) Took charge of research and development of NCM cathode materials for Lithium ion battery , successfully optimized the technical conditions and produced material of high performance; 2) Independently developed the process of precursor, adjusted the synthesis conditions for 30 times to obtain elements evenly distributed particles.
