CN Designers is a nonprofit organisation playing the role of a central hub of cross-culture design activities between China and the Netherlands. CN Designers intends to build a cosmos of design communication, crossover and creation. It is active in Sino-Dutch cultural and creative activities through programmes of CN Design Network, CN Design Crossover and CN Design Creation.

CRTV (Chinese Radio and TV) is a Amsterdam-based media, which connects Chinese and the Western world by diverse media channels: radio, TV, magazines etc. I am the design lead for the bi-monthly magazine, as well as the present lead for the weekly Mandarin broadcasting program.

xmflsct is a sole proprietorship. The main function is to provide design-related consultancy and services. This includes but not limited to, corporate identity, website design and development, graphic design, etc.

IBM runs an annual summer internship program, which brings not only business but also technical young talents together, working on various challenges for their clients. I am in the team working for Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment (I&M); helping them to create a vision and a platform for a better society.

I am in the core experience team of TEDxBrainport 2013. My proposal of an interactive stage background is implemented during the event. The interactive system gathers audiences' real-time movement data and then transform the 'big data' into dynamic stage ambiance powered by Philips Luminous Panels.

In a core team of four people, we work on an innovation project of a home appliance. The project is in a very early stage of innovation, of which I involve in the following activities: desk research, data analysis of field work, ideation, concept development and preparation user testing. Parallel with the concept development process, I take the individual task of designing an user interface for one of the concepts, which at the end is presented as a interactive Flash and ready to be tested as print-outs.
