• Launching fleet for elmenus. • Setting of business requirements for product and technology to create courier APP, front end & back end systems. • Setting fleet operational cost compared to the competition in the market. • Setting operational & financial processes for fleet acquisition & signing deals with 3PLs. • Tracking fleet performance & quality for healthy & efficient UTR & CPO. • On ground supervision & control for fleet across different areas in Cairo.

• Responsible for partners’ business performance, tracking their main KPIs and planning their growth month over month. • Establishing & maintaining strong rooted relationships with partners’ owners & operational boards. • Meetings with partners to align the B2B in terms of operational tasks, product enhancements, marketing campaigns. • Partner’ performance analysis to derive insights & put strategic initiatives to hack key challenges.

• Optimizing strategies & implementing processes involving acquisition, activation of the fleet. • Fleet supply growth tackling different channels, creating their schemes from the scratch. • Owner & final responsible for the fully logistical aspect and procurement for the whole Glovo Egypt fleet. • Key player for retention strategies & implementation -coordinating with HQ- across the whole fleet.
