- Responsible for all B2B summits & conferences (approx. 70 events per year) for the econique Group (Germany, UK, Spain and the USA). - CxO level (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO, etc) guests from the top 1000 companies. Good knowledge and understanding of topics covered: High-level strategic themes in Finance, IT, HR, CRM. - Project management, process planning and implementation: Communication across several departments and countries. - Budget planning and control. - Recruitment and training.

- Agenda production: topic generation and speaker acquisition for strategic business summits. Fields included HR, CRM and telecommunications. - Event management: pre, during and post event; hotel and supplier acquisition, contract handling / negotiation and communication. Onsite management of event team, hotel communication, fire-fighting. - Customer service for solution providers, speakers and delegates in all areas (summits and conferences, DACH and Europe-wide), before, during and after event.

- Sale (delegate and sponsor) of international senior-level business networking conferences, primarily in the telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries. - Total sales: €450,000 - Primary and secondary market targeted through detailed research and cold calling.

- Direct development of four managers and their teams. Staff hiring, training, retention and motivation. Stock control, departmental budgets and P&L. - Duty manager role involved daily complete responsibility for the whole store and all departments (up to 250 people); prioritisation and delegation. Also high level customer complaints.

Responsible for P&L, all staffing issues, Health & Safety and customer services.
