In my current position I am designing, quoting and executing analytical sampling systems for various chemical plants and refineries. The team that I am part of does quotations, executes, tests and delivers analytical solutions for steam & water analysis systems, CEMS, process gas systems and GC systems. My role includes a complete project management cycle - client discussions during project kick-off meeting, sub-vendor selection, equipment purchasing, P&ID design, execution of system, FAT, documentation.

Main responsibility is the proper configuration of the particular automation task. - Work in the project team on the particular project, DeltaV configuration, under the supervision of a technical leader. - Support the development of specifications according to the User Requirement specs. - Develop Typical functions or operator Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) with the DeltaV system. - Involvement in internal tests, Factory Acceptance Tests, Customer Site Start-Up activity and Site Acceptance Tests.

Main responsibility was to ensure the continuous improvement of the production process.Optimization of process parameters in order to improve product quality, in line with the plant's cost reduction programme.Analysis of process breakdowns and product defects using CI(WCM) methodologies: Kaizen, SPC, SIPOC, RCA.Participate in cost calculations, and identify together with production team the opportunities for improvement of efficiency.Train operators on process flows and techniques.
