Analysis of the business processes according to the company's ORM framework: activities regarding the identification, assessment, observation and mitigation of operational risks, follow-up of internal and external audit reports' recommendations, assessment of the efficiency of the internal control system.

Drawing up the internal auditing plan and documenting the performed tests; following up the implementation of the procedures and the recommendations of the external audit reports; organizing the internal informational flux of the company and supervising the internal control and audit activity.

Organizing the internal control activity of the company by coordinating a team of assistant controllers carrying out the periodical checks in the pharmacies of the company; reporting to the management of the company the major issues occurred during a reporting period and suggesting solutions for them; supervising the accounting activity: monthly reconciliation of accounts based on operational and financial information.

Identifying the training needs of the company, IT training and evaluation of the employees and of the candidates for vacant positions, interpretation and analysis of the results; black-box testing of new software modules
