Main responsibility: - Defining precise working assignments in the Department - Drawing up the annual working plan of the Department, monthly working plan, vacation plan of the Department, - Carrying out the decisions of Managing Director and other unquoted tasks given by the direct manager, - Coordination between Department’s operations and other sectors and departments - Evaluating the employees work in the Department - Problem solving at work - Gathering important data for the company’s business

Main responsibility: - Maintenance of existing and development of new accounts - Maintain and expand existing relationships - Lead and execute bidding process from evaluation of RFP requirements to production of the final documents for submission - Collaborate with user experience consultants and developers to define project budgets and schedules

Main responsibility: - Develop and optimize the service delivery process, ensuring the correct, timely and cost effective realization of the agreed contracts and their follow-up, - Establish and maintain the systems of planning, controlling and reporting, - Prepare and analyze reports for the CFO/CEO, as well as interface with HQ abroad, using SAP - Cross-communication with the financial and controlling departments.

Main responsibility: - Sales Direct sales, involving face-to-face contact, creating sales plan and budget, preparing offers (experince with public tenders), preparing contracts and its realization. Experience with Broadband Access/ADSL, Networks (SDH optics solutions), Radio solutions, Wireless equipment, Passive/Active Network Equipment - Procurement Follow up and preparing the orders, negotiation with suppliers and defining the list of suppliers everything in line with ISO 9001.
