Private AI solutions for regulated industries. I help pharma, life sciences and other GxP-regulated companies adopt AI where cloud services cannot go—fully on-premises, traceable and audit-ready. Drawing on 35 years in enterprise IT and 25 in pharma, I deliver private LLM stacks, regulatory intelligence (OwnedPulse, open source) and source-cited document Q&A that refuses rather than guesses. My tools are demonstrators, not validated GxP systems; validation remains within the client’s quality system.

Led IT for Belgrade Waterfront across business applications, infrastructure and end-user services for real estate, hospitality, retail and corporate functions. Evaluated conversational AI vendors, developed project proposals and explored CRM AI capabilities. Led the local Oracle Fusion Cloud migration, covering process alignment, data, integrations, testing, go-live and stabilization. Managed core platforms, e-invoicing and government integrations, governance, access, vendors and team development.

• Contributed to the 2013 feasibility and setup of STADA IT Solutions, providing international shared services in SAP, Microsoft and other applications. • Built the organisation to 120 people, delivering a group-wide project portfolio and recurring annual savings • Coordinated digital transformation across STADA SEE, including SAP APO, EDMS, EQMS and LIMS in validated GxP environments, global management reporting, and outsourcing of finance, accounting and purchasing.

• Led IT service delivery across STADA’s SEE region, covering 12 countries, four production sites and 3,500+ employees. • Improved business efficiency and regional integration through SAP rollouts in Romania and at Velexfarm, the integration of Zorka Šabac into Hemofarm’s SAP, and implementation of a new packaging centre. • Introduced demand management to maximize IT business value, keeping costs well below industry benchmarks while retaining the agility needed to support transformation.

• Led IT across Hemofarm Group’s production sites and offices in the Balkans, Russia and Germany. • Expanded business integration through SAP enhancements and rollouts in Banja Luka, Šabac, Podgorica and Obninsk, plus SAP HR. • Ensured GMP-compliant IT and introduced portals, videoconferencing, messaging, VoIP and rights management. • TTransformed IT through restructuring, process improvement, strategic outsourcing and centralized, standardized service delivery, supported by ITIL practices.

Reporting directly to CEO was in charge to set up company wide data security program involving data security policies, procedures as well as security awareness program. Main projects included: • Implemented PKI infrastructure • Implemented centralized RF access control system • Introduced unified ID card (RF/smart card)
