Providing a single point of contact for handling all HR requests and enquiries for employees (in UK, ROI and Hungary); Provides data and creates reports from SAP HR and Kenexa Brassring; Follows up and comes up with innovative ideas on HR issues in line with the company strategy; Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies and documentation; Review HR processes and make recommendations in order to assist in continuous process improvement.

Pre-screening candidates,organising and leading interviews, checking references and background of new employees taking active role in selecting and recruiting candidates especially focused on leadership programs, managing university relations, organising company appearance at universities and job fairs, calculate budget for them, organise assessment center,managing and organizing the administration (to joiners, leavers) and the documentation as well including offer letters, providing support for HR managers
