As a Service Desk Operator and Back Office Agent, my tasks include the following: - Answering e-mails, handling claim cases. - Taking inbound calls from customers - Dealing with customer queries: schedule changes, change and cancellation requests, calculations - responsibility for taking payment over the phone for flights, excursions etc. Assisting other departments. - Calling resort Reps and resort offices - Providing client support, flight & travel information

Responsibilities: to keep in touch with our clients on a daily basis, to troubleshoot and resolve first level cases for a dedicated client on the German language. Perform Customer service functions as defined in the Service Desk. Perform System Administration activities. Cooperate with diverse resolver groups on a daily basis.
