•Analyse sales volume numbers and accordingly planning the yearly supply along with the budget (600k €) for the supply chain unit. •Measuring major KPIs, optimising, enhancing the unit performance by removing the bottle necks and ensuring timely product delivery at a cost is in line with profitability expectations of the company. •Cross collaboration and communication with sales, finance, warehouse units, to assess E2E processes, removing non-value adding process steps and improving customer experience.
