Managing end-to-end eSIM/IoT solutions, I serve as the main point of contact for vendors, coordinating tasks and mediating between stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), I provide guidance and support for technical challenges. I contribute to the design and development of innovative eSIM/iSIM solutions. Additionally, I manage global customer relationships, aligning their requirements with our project objectives to deliver tailored, cutting-edge solutions.

Developing and testing UICC/eUICC profiles for major telecom providers like Telna Canada, Amazon US, Transatel, and Viettel. Responsible for gathering requirements, providing technical consultation, and conducting application script/SIM toolkit testing. Lead S@T app development, oversee project initiation, and track progress. Manage end-to-end profile delivery, from requirement gathering to BAP card production, and provision profiles on the RSP platform as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
