I was responsible for providing in-time product onboarding/troubleshooting support in all interactions with globalcolleagues, carrier and external parties, as well as supporting various of marketing activities. I participated in the development of content for strategic marketing materials and educational assets to create awareness, interest, and preference for Amazon logistic solutions. I also needed to monitor product adoption and update product performance deck regularly, and conduct competitor analysis.
