My responsibility is to provide design services to the company for various projects. My major roles are: 1. Designed CAD model of elements of Linear motion systems used in Face massaging Robots. 2. Designed Test Rig Model and Manufactured using 3D printing. 3. Designed Encoder Strip for Test Rig and planned to manufacture using Chemical Etching process

Undergone 2 months internship. I handled Machinery Design related work & helped clients visualize finished products and produced graphic content that requires a 3- Dimensional display. I designed Oil Storage Tank for their clients Indian Oil and HP.

Undergone a 6 months internship. Inspire Clean Energy, provides professional and tech-enabled Asset, Operation & Maintenance management services to Solar PV Asset Owners. My major duties include working with & contributing to the research, design, and development of some products. Designed a remote-controlled LAWN MOWER (ATCOBOT) with the help of inputs given by my team members. I also carried out the structural analysis for ATCOBOT.

Undergone a 1-month internship. Internship trainee at the thermal power plant (TPS-1 expn). Gained knowledge of Boilers, Turbines, and the whole cycle. Studied overall plant layout, the performance of 210 MW boiler and calculated the efficiency of the turbine, Boiler, and Cooling Tower.

Published and Conference Presented the paper “Prediction of thermal performance of cooling tower of a chiller plant using machine learning” Objective: The outlet temperature of the cooling tower is predicted using machine learning and compared with the measured values. Preventive measures are taken if major deviations are noticed. Published this paper in IOP conference series (2020) and Presented at the International conference SESBT-2020.
