Spearheaded the end-to-end implementation of a company-wide ERP system, streamlining operational workflows and improving cross-departmental decision-making processes. Conducted ad hoc operational evaluations using Google Sheets, Microsoft 365, and AI analytics tools to identify system bottlenecks and eliminate workflow inefficiencies. Administered the enterprise CRM system and Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, A/B Testing, and document business requirements.

Managed and preprocessed extensive datasets of Sri Lankan farmers exceeding 1.3 million entries using SQL and Excel Power(Query/Pivot) to ensure data reliability. Contributed data-driven insights to global initiatives in collaboration with the subsidiary Projects of the World Bank, UNDP, UN, ADB, and FAO. Generated critical national-level reports using Advanced Excel analytics (Power query, Power Pivot) in accordance with ministry requests to support government decision-making.
